Hello,

there are few alphabets and numbers suddenly stopped working on my lappy. i tries connecting a usb keyboard, there still are malfunctions.
what to do??

So., when you connect an external keyboard, the external keyboard types the same WRONG keys?

Your keyboard type has changed. See if this applies:

yes it types the same wrong keys but z which was not working on the lappy keyworked wen i connected an external keyboard.. but there are still other alphabets and numbers with typing error.
