Have you tried using an external USB keyboard? Testing with the external keyboard will tell you if the fault is within the Motherboard or the keyboard.
It's possible you have a failed connection in the cable between the keyboard and motherboard. You will need to download the maintenance manual to learn the correct procedure for removing the keyboard.
