Hey there, saravana.
Does the drive even power-up? Can you hear it spin or feel it vibrate when you connect it? Do you need to recover data from it?
Basically the general troubleshooting steps are to try the HDD with a different USB cable (preferably shorter than 12") and a different computer, to see if the issue reoccurs. Unfortunately if the LED light on the drive is not blinking it might mean that its enclosure might have failed.
If you don't have any data which you need to recover, you should get in touch with the HDD manufacturer's customer support and ask about RMA if the drive is still under warranty.
