Laptop keys jammed

Can anyone suggest how I go about unjamming three keys on my laptop keyboard? They are the r y and u - all other keys seem to be working ok. Unfortunately my password starts with one of those letters so I can't even get into the laptop!

Have you attempted using an external USB keyboard?

There are so many keyboard designs that it's impossible to give cleaning/repair instructions.
