Hi Mego,
Holding the power button was a good idea. Sadly, you may be facing some hardware failure. I recommend you to try booting while connected with another power cable. If the issue persists and the laptop has warranty, contact the seller. If warranty has expired, I advise you to contact a technician to check the power port and the motherboard. Right now it appears that the laptop is not getting enough power.
