Dear Sir /Madame, I recently bought a new pen drive and is not recognised by my laptop,I have tried five different computers still the same problem. Please any help or just another waist of money .

You are correct! Just another waist of money. Return it to the store.

Before returning,kindly check Antivirus settings also.It might be possible that antivirus is blocking the usb port
