Installed windows 10, Can't detect my speakers or headphones.

Hi. So today i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. The first thing i notice is that my sound doesn't work so i check it out and then i find that it doesn't even detect my headphones, it only detects my webcam as a microphone and my computer screen as a speaker. Anyone know anything i can do to fix this? i really wanna listen to some chillstep :3

Hello,

try running Windows Updates as this might pick up drivers for your hardware.

alternatively go to the manufacturers website and download the Windows 10 drivers.
