I need help with my problem I was my laptop in morning then in the afternoon I switch it off after a few hours it wont start up... yes.it start up for acer logo then black screen after that back to the acer logo then continues to be like that how am I gonna fix it my loptop is acer aspire e14 ( e5 - 411- c4tn ) plz I need help

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
