Yahoo mail can't remember the alternate email

Hello,

My daughter's phone was stolen 2 weeks ago and she lost everything. she's trying to access her Yahoo mail but I can't remember the alternate email, and i can't remember who set it up for her.. when I go to sign in page it does not give me any other options except to get code via alternate email. I'll appreciate any assistance.
