Did your laptop have battery charge? If yes and still you unable to switch on, Try this 1,
Remove the battery
Press power button for 30 seconds
Reseat battery again
switch on the laptop
if still no result may be you have a problem with your motherboard and you need a trained technician to workout with your motherboard.
