Are other Dj's experiencing the same issue or are you the only two?
Are your browsers up-to-date ?
Have you deleted all of your temporary files and cookies?
I really can't see what could go wrong with a pc or its internet connection, or browser that can provoke such a problem as you described with one website. There has to be a bug.

None of the other djs are experiencing any of this. Just the two of us on our system here.
We have updated browswers, deleted temp files & cookies as well as ran malware & virus scans, removed unnecessary apps, etc.

Regardless, site owners have checked into the site, with no issues, as we are the only ones out of thousands who are members there, that are having thses issues.
