Laptop automatically shutdown and after that giving shock Closed

Sir, 
        I have passed through a problem about my laptop..... I was watching a movie when my laptop automatically shutdown...... It's for the 2nd time that I have faced it. ... When I tried to switch my laptop again on, then it was giving electrical shock and the body of the laptop was also giving shock....... 
Sir... please give me information what type of problem this is?

You realize that the issue has nothing to do with the movie.

This is a serious motherboard power supply issue which can ruin other components.

Please, stop using your laptop and consult a technician.
