My laptop needs your help

Hello,

My laptop needs alot of help, for starters it has trouble booting up, first it booted up to a black screen with only the cursor then i took the battery out and plugged it into the wall then it booted up, this has happened on multiple occasions until it has become annoying. And the touch pad every time i press down on it it goes crazy now all i can do is tap on it, now it says i have to recover the data its been glitching out and when it booted into windows it turned black then i restarted it then it said i was hibernating??? Pls help, it is a dell inspiron 14 7447 core i5 variant with a 500gb hard drive and 4gb of ram pls pls help
