Top letters row turned into numbers inspiron 15 3000

Hello,
All the letters of the top row on my keyboard turned into numbers. I mean the q,w,e,r,u,i,o,p are 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,0. For same reason just t and y are still t and y and not 5 and 6. And also for same reason the left arrow is going right, the up arrow is going down, the down and right arrows are working fine. I have tried Fn F11 to switch the Num luck, but it didnt work and I dont have a num lock button, when I tried to toggle Num lock on the virtual on screen keyboard it didnt work either. I also tried to restore the system for the day before the problem and it is still the same. Can you help me out?
