Hello,
When I power on my Dell PC I only get a lowercase a with an arrow in the top left corner. I have tried everything...powering off...removing battery...holding power button down...etc. and nothing is working. I'm not given any options anywhere. I tried the ctrl+alt+del and the ctrl+shift+esc and they have also not worked!! As well as the F keys. Please share some other method before I am forced to take it to a computer tech!

This appears to be a BIOS problem caused by a hardware fault.
It may need a new motherboard.
