Hello, so, it says that someone else may be using my account, and i can't recover it because to get it back i have two options, one is by emailing the linked account, but that email is no longer functional, and the other is to fill out info about my account, but the email is really old and i can't remember uch of it so every time i fill it up with info they said it wasnt enough.
any idea on what can i do?

How says it's been hacked? How dis you get the message. Hotmail does not send such messages.
