It certainly looks to me that your hard disk is about to live its last moments on this planet.
I recommend four urgent major operations:
1. Use CCleaner to clean the registry
2. Defragment your hard disk
3. Save all of your most valuable data to an external memory device
4. Consult a technician to have your hard disk replaced.
