My PC keeps beebing!? and i dont know why.. help

Hello, So my PC is constantly beeping and i cant figure it out?! the screen keeps being black and my pc keeps beebing... I tried turn it on and see but keeps beebing and being black. So i turned it off again. But what could it be?

The beeping indicates a hardware failure. If you do not have PC technical abilities, it is either time to get a new PC, or take it to a trusted local repair shop!
