Acer aspire 4535 black screen

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop,it has a power but it has a black screen,the fan is also running,I really dont know what's the problem with my laptop.

I need your help please,

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
