Only have admin account and its disabled cant get into laptop

Hello, I am locked out because I have only the system admin account and its disabled so I have tried all the f8 and other recovery mode methods and I have a Lenovo idea pad 500 am10 8gb ram and 1tb hdd please help me

If you only have one account, how did you manage to get it disabled?

I deleted my main account then went onto the system admin and disabled it while on the system admin so then I logged off and now I'm stuck and locked out and I cant even go into recovery

You must repair windows using your recovery disk.
