Yahoo mail takes me to a recovery questionare thing

I am having trouble accessing the mail portion of yahoo. upon logging into my account for the first time in many years, it asks me about two secret questions when I try to log into mail. I know the first answer, but not the second. It then sends me to yahoo help, where I cannot seem to find my problem, nor can I access any sort of help from yahoo support. Any ideas/suggestions??

There is no support from Yahoo.
Your account was probably deleted because of inactivity. It's best to just create a new account.
