I have a MAC and I am trying to find the user name of a computer that was used to hack my Facebook.
The IP address is 99.245.94.63
Can I use terminal to input a command? or its not that simple?

no, it is not that simple.
that IP address will belong to an internet service provider. Whoever hacked your facebook will be behind a NAT device which could house over 1000 computers.
I suggest you create a stronger password next time.
PS - If you started digging in the wrong places you could end up in trouble yourself.
