Dell Inspiron N5030 keyboard going crazy

Since about 4 months now, when writing on my keyboard, the arrow (keyboard) goes crazy, jumping lines, erasing sentences and paragraphs, I tried switching mouse with a wi-fi mouse, nothing works - is my laptop just too old? It is 5 years old -

Hello

The issue is caused by a circuit problem to which only a qualified technician can attend to.
