Settings changes doesn't save even when "Apply" is clicked

Hello,
When I change name or check an option like Auto-aim in counter strike 1.6. The check appears but when I click apply, It automatically reverts back to default. Please help!

Save as pdf download - Download - Other
Settings icon - Guide
Reset outlook settings - Guide
Save from net - Download - Video downloads
Lan settings - Guide
