Acer Aspire v 5 cant use the fn functions

Hello, i have problems with My keyboard on My Acer
The keys
ESC
F1
F2
Shift, the One under the caps lock
And the FN key, i cant use the fn functions but the other F3 - f12 Works fine
Pleas help i have reaset My pc and reinstalled Windows but nothing Works...

Did you test using an external USB keyboard?

Most of these keyboard problems require the replacement of the keyboard.

i'm using a bt keybord and evry thing works but the keyboard dosen't come with fn keys
and the shift is working when i play games
