LG Notebook Not run bios nor Boot Harddisk

Hello,
I had LG Notebook, it was installed win7 professional , i had upgrade to win 8 but camera & bluetooth was not working.
After that i had again re install win7 ultimate after installation it not boot nor show BIOS option.
If we remove hard disk cable it shows BIOS option but again we connect cable it does't.

Kindly suggest what would be the possible cause & what is its remedy.

It's possible that the hard disk has failed and needs to be replaced.
