Hello,

I have a inatek external, i recently bought a new laptaop and wanted to transfer my files over, but I can't access the external hard drive.

The it shows up, but when I double click it, a message comes up "H:/ is not accessible. Incorrect parameter"

The system reserved folder appears

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its doesnt work, it wont recognise the drive. Someone told me to try EaseUs Data recovery. So I'm going to give that a go
