Dell laptop inspiron will not boot

Hello, 








 i cant rebot my computer its a dell inspiron laptop i pressed f8 that didbt work. And f6 as well now its  on the screen i have a boot menu lined in blue with options hard drive,  removable drive, cd/dvd/cd-rw drive,  network diagnostics, setup what do i do
