if they used your email to create a facebook.
First change email password
Then Type your email into facebook and click forgot password. Recovery email should be sent to your email address. Go to your email and login to the facebook account/s associated with your email and go to account settings and disable that facebook
I advise you change all of your passwords. Good luck
