Sound problems

Hello,
when i turn the sound on for my computer i can hear my finger movements through my speakers and i cant turn my sound up very loud without my computer squealing as if the sound is up too high. although this doesnt happen when i turn my sound off or mute it. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Are you using a laptop?? how long you using it? this is may due to physical damage. try to disable your touchpad...
