Hp 520 windows xp shows F10=ROM BASE SETUP

Hello,

I had a problem with my hp 520 windows xp with intel celeron inside when i torn it on the screen shows F10=ROM BASE SETUP then NON-SYSTEM DISK OR DISK ERROR REPLACE AND STRIKEB ANY KEY WHEN READY comes out..
What would i do this time?please help me.

It appears that the hard disk needs replacement.
