I just bought a new pc and when i connect the screen to the internal video card while removing the other video card it works , but when I connect it to the other video card it doesn't work and displays a message "searching for signal..."
i tried other monitors and the same problem.

The way motherboards work, is in this manner. If it "knows" there is an EXTERNAL video source, it WILL NOT use the on board video, as on board video takes RAM away from the CPU!

Do you have the video card drivers installed? Go to the video cards manufacturer and see if you need to update your driver.

What OS is this?
