Monitor's display doesn't work when connect it to the video card

I just bought a new pc and when i connect the screen to the internal video card while removing the other video card it works , but when I connect it to the other video card it doesn't work and displays a message "searching for signal..."
i tried other monitors and the same problem.

The way motherboards work, is in this manner. If it "knows" there is an EXTERNAL video source, it WILL NOT use the on board video, as on board video takes RAM away from the CPU!

Do you have the video card drivers installed? Go to the video cards manufacturer and see if you need to update your driver.

So is the the Problem in the external video card ? or what should i do to identify the external video card ?

the video card is geforce gtx 750 ti

did you go to GForce and get latest drivers?
