Hi. I have a Logitech G633 headset and a Msi laptop (Windows 10). A few days ago i plugged in my headset and it wasnt working, no lights from it or anything. But what i got was an error message that said "Windows does not recognise usb" Now it works sometimes and i can hear things but it stopps working after around 30min or less.
I know when it is going to stop working because everything becomes quiet for a second and then it's back. I dont know what to do about this and it is very annoying when you for example skype with someone.

It appears you have a hardware problem with the headset. I expect you will need to replace it.

Good Luck
