Hello El Elan,
I'm sorry for the issue that you are experiencing, but I think there could be a way to resolve the problem. Firstly, I would recommend you to open the laptop, if it is out of warranty. Make sure you open it when the battery and the power cord are fully unplugged from the laptop.
When opened, take out the CMOS battery and if you have another one, replace it. If you don't have any new battery for replacement, wait for the current one ot discharge for about 10-15 mins and place it back afterwards.
Try to boot once again.
