Hello, I have been hacked, but cannot log in. It always just goes to create an acct. wanting my mobile number, name etc. I have changed my password a few times with my email. How do I deactivate or anything when I can't have access to my page?

I go to the site suggested and a square comes up let us help you and the continue box, but I can't catch the box quick enough and it jumps back to the create an acct. which won't let me anyway. I have changed my password lots but it doesn't help me. Thanks
