In Device manager other Devices r notworking

Hello,

Notebook xp pro In the 'Device manager'....... "other Devices" are not installed properly(Its yellow flag)
so i can paly my audio output But it wont working while doing Chatting and all
Some times My voice going and theie voice is not coming....

Advance thanks for your Help

You should re-install your audio driver.
