Hi Niraj,
Please try to remove the battery (if it is possible) and disconnect the power cable. Hold the power button for 20 seconds and reconnect the power cable. Try to turn on the laptop. Is it still under warranty? If it is, contact the seller and request some guidance. If the PC is not starting and no noises are coming from the fans, there may be a power related issue. This may be related to a motherboard issue, which has to be confirmed by a technician.
