My dell won't boot up past the dell loading screen

I don't know what happened I just woke up and then I grab my laptop and now it won't past the dell loading screen its a dell ispiron 13 7000 series

Try the hard reset procedure:
1. remove the battery and unplug the charger
2. press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. insert the battery and plug in the charger
4. try to start as normal
