If I have to reset my laptop to factory settings and the software that came with it, will I be able to get the free Windows 10 download that I got last year? If so, how??

The free Windows 10 upgrade offer officially expires July 29, 2016, on the one-year anniversary of the new operating system's release. You can download a ISO file and burn it to a DVD before that. I assume that DVD will allow you to reinstall Windows 10 if you have printed-out the registration key while the original Wind 10 OS is still working.
