Hello rohit,
Does your laptop still have a warranty? If it doesn't, my suggestion is to open it, take out the CMOS battery and replace it with another one. If you don't have any new battery, wait for the current one to discharge for some mins and after that plug it back in and try to boot your laptop.
You could also bring your laptop to a technician to make the tests if you're unsure how to proceed.
