Keyboard only work when it's around 60 degrees

Hello,
my keyboard is not working when the screen is flipped to 90 degrees it only work when its around 60 degrees where Its hard for me to see the screen. I use acer one 10 its a 2 in 1 laptop/tablet. I can't play my games without the keyboard so this is devastating.
I looked at some forums but I can't find problems with the same as mine.
