Hello alexsh16,
By reading your post I come up to 2 conclusions:
1. Either you have the power options in BIOS not well adjusted or
2. You have CPU problem or a CMOS battery problem.
Is your laptop still under warranty? If it's not, then try the replace the CMOS battery for a new one. If you don't have any other battery, take out the current one for some 10 mins, of course after you have been unplugged the charger and the battery, and after that plug it back in.
Try to boot and tell me what happened.
Hope this helps.

First of all, i must say that im not sure what's the source of problem i just wrote it here since i was not sure where to write it down.
maybe there is anyway to analyze the source of the problem first some how?
Regarding the solution you have suggested it seems like a good option to check.
do you reccomend me to do it a service lab or i can do it by my self (i'm pretty handyman i would say with a MINOR background in IT).

Hi again,
If you feel sure about what to do, go ahead, save some money. :)
But if you don't, then I would directly go to a PC company if I were you. :) Usually I don't mess up with my laptops when it comes to anything else than RAM or HDD.
Just a reminder: if your lappy is STILL under warranty, don't open it because it will void your warranty.
Cheers.
