Take a USB cable, and plug itno your phone. Plug it into the PC. When the phone screen lights up, if it asks what do you wish to do, tell it to allow browsing of the files or folders. If nothing happens, try another USB port. If nothing happens again, then NO DRIVERS are present on your PC. GOOD luck finding XP drivers in the wild, as that OS is no longer supported!
