Windows not opening

Hello,
i have PC of SIEMENS touch screen. It automaticaly shutdown and start two times, third time an error message come at thw windows loading time
windows 2000 could not start the following file is missing or corrupt
WINNT/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM ced
start up option for windows 2000 press F8
you can attempt to repair the file by starting windows 2000 start up using windows orginal floppy disk or cd-rom
what was the solution?

If i put the windows 2000 cd and repair my installed softwares inside the system have any problem or not?
