Laptop shutdown while watching tv serial Closed

Hello, 
My laptop suddenly shutdown while watching tv serial and again on startup there is blank screen and a beep like sound coming 


Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 50.0.2661.89

If it is beeping, then there is a hardware issue.  If you have never worked on a computer before, take it to a technician!
