My e-mail and facebook hacked

Hello,
I have had an email adress that had been hacked, so now my facebook account does not recognise my e-mail adress. I cannot acess my page because the alternative adress has also been changed and when I follow the steps that facebook gives me, I come to a point where it tells me that thay can't help and that they are sorry. This is my business profile and I need to moove this account to my new e-mail adress, even more that the old e-mail adress that my facebook account was locked on does not exist anymore.
Please help
