Toshiba laptop won't let me log in.

Hello,
Last night I turned my PC off because it was being slow, then when I tied turning it back on, it stayed on the "Leading Innovation" screen and from there, nothing will load. I've tried pressing 0, and I've tried resetting it, but it stays on the "Diagnosing your PC" screen. I've removed the battery, and turned it off and on. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

MY best guess is you have a hardware error in the motherboard or hard drive. Perhaps A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP CAN DIAGNOSE THE EXACT PROBLEM.
