Laptop will not boot

Okay. So I made the terrible choice to factory reset my Dell inspirion laptop... Upon doing that, my fabulous niece took the battery out after noticing it was stuck on 55%. I have tried everything. My laptop will not boot. And I am in dire need to fix this issue. Please help!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

It is no good! Take it to a technician! The recovery is WAY above the scope of this forum.
