Model- HP Work station XW6400
CPU getting ON/OFF beep while switching ON the CPU and CPU is not getting ON.
As per your pc model I found the series of error beep codes here
Can you please tell us from that how many beeps you got? (eg. 2–second pause, and then 2 beeps)

Sorry P R RAO.
You need to listen to the beeps carefully so that a known solution should be found.
According to what you said, ' it is not getting on '
One of the following must be considered,
1) Thermal shutdown has occurred
2) Pre-video memory error
3) Pre-video graphic card error
4) System board failure
I suggest you to do the steps here one by one if you are not sure about your beeps.
