How can i recover my yahoo email?

Hello, i think someone has hacked my email. Because i didnt change my password but when i enter my password it says that it is not correct. And when i want to change my password it says that they will send me a link to my back up email. I made this yahoo mail 10 years ago and i put a hotmail as my backup mail. I dont remember the password of the hotmail email. So if you guys can help me recover my yahoo email. It's so important i have so much stuff in there. Thanks.
